
Went with Tilapia again tonight. It is really is amazing in a cast iron skillet.
There is no trick to cooking Tilapia. I just season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little paprika at the end. It cooks quick and tastes great with anything.
Fish is the perfect compliment to sunflower microgreens.
Sides of corn, red cabbage salad with carrots, garlic bread, and black olives (I have a kid that loves black olives with everything… so there you have it!)
