As I delve deeper into the world of microgreens, the first reality that slaps me in the face is that microgreens have so many different uses, and each variety seems to be better at one thing than the rest.
It has quickly become very confusing to say the least! In order to help me learn, I am going to treat this post as a living, breathing entity, and I will continue to update with any information I learn on the subject moving forward!
